Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program) 

Position Overview: 

As a member of the National Operations team, you will support over 920 US Retail Stores by assisting with process documentation, data analysis, and project coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in operational excellence, customer feedback analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will gain exposure to key business processes and contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.  In this position, you will be a central part of our organization and will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization, such as Print & Marketing, Inventory & Planning, Merchandising, and the Staples Technology Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with processing documentation and improvement projects
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency
  • Support customer feedback analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive operational excellence

What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business operations management or a related field
  • Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
  • Able to multi-task and be flexible to new initiative
