The Growth Initiatives Implementation Specialist will support internal and field teams in executing strategic growth initiatives across retail locations. This role ensures seamless implementation of merchandising changes, store updates, and operational improvements while maintaining clear communication and collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Growth Initiatives: Assist internal and field teams with activities related to growth initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Leadership & Communication: Manage and communicate strategic changes to internal teams and stores providing clear direction and guidance to field operations.
  • Organizational Management: Maintain and update information across various groups, including floor plans, fixture and signage changes, and inventory updates.
  • Merchandise Communication: Prepare weekly merchandise communication materials for field operations and respond to inquiries regarding initiative implementation.
  • Category & Assortment Alignment: Partner with internal teams to ensure stores are correctly assigned to category assortments for accurate replenishment and forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Fixtures & Equipment, Signing, and Loss Prevention teams to coordinate fixtures, signage, security devices, and other in-store displays associated with initiative updates.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of retail merchandising or planogram experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records across teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Capable of guiding teams through strategic changes effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and concepts as part of the workflow
