Play a central role in helping your store, your people and your customers win.
- Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
- Process accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
- Understand and utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
- Perform front end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and reserve online pick up in store with no impact to the customer experience
- Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
- Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (i.e., operational tasks)
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfort in engaging with and speaking to customers
- Ability to lift and move supplies up to 75 pounds, stand and walk continuously
Preferred skills and experience:
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Cashier experience
